Joel at Charge Easy made the process of having a home charging point fitted very easy! From advising us about the right charging point for us to help with the governments OLEV Grant scheme. We can now plug in overnight and have a fully charged car in the morning! Perfect! Hannah, Surrey.
The work actually took 3 hours. Joel turnedup right on time and went through the process of fitting and connecting the charge point to our electricity supply. This involved Physically fitting the hardware and installing an additional dedicated consumer unit. Whilst connecting the supply, our domestic supply was disconnected for no more than 10 minutes. We filled in the OLEV paperwork and Joel explained the use of the charge point and the accompanying software and app. The job was done efficiently and neatly and Joel cleaned up after he had finished. From the first moment I initially contacted Joel he was very friendly and accommodating. The installation was first class and he has a very good knowledge of all different EV chargers and does not try and push you toward any particular make. My unit had a slight fault which was nothing to do with installation but from manufacturing. Joel fitted on a weekend so could not speak to their technical and said he would return on Monday. After undertaking their recommendations the unit fully worked. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joel to anyone. a first class job for a good reasonable price.
